This page includes photos of projects we have either done solo, or with other contractors. Some of them are before and after, some are progress pictures.
Custom Stairs
We removed an existing set of stairs, and then built a custom set of stairs with a deck halfway up. We also put the siding up.
Vertical Cedar Fence and Gate
We built this simple fence and gate off of a brand new double wide modular home.
Hand Rails
There were no hand rails before, just a concrete deck, which the homeowner felt was unsafe. So we built, painted, and installed these custom hand rails.
Bathroom Remodel
This master bathroom used to have yellow linoleum and white walls. We replaced the linoleum with rustic gray vinyl plank flooring, and painted the walls a blue-ish gray. (progress pic)

Siding
This house used to have cedar siding, but after years of weather damage it needed repairs and an update. We ripped the old siding off, added a ledger for a future project, and then put up both types of siding.

Mowing
We provide mowing and weed whacking services. We can use your lawn equipment or we can provide lawn equipment for a fee.
Bathroom Remodel Before
This picture was taken after demolition was started. We removed the vanity, flooring, and trim.
Bathroom Remodel After
We installed a new vanity, toilet, put in tile flooring, put up new trim, and painted the walls.
Horizontal Stained Fence
This fence was made with premade horizontal wooden fence panels, which we installed, as well as posts, and backing.
Repurposed Deck
This deck was built out of almost entirely repurposed materials. Built on pier blocks so that it can be easily disassembled.
Kitchen Remodel Before
This photo was taken after we had started removing cabinets and in the midst of a full house remodel. This kitchen was screaming 90's which is not what the new homeowner wanted.
Kitchen Remodel After
We sanded, painted, and added knobs to all of the cabinets. Added waterproof vinyl plank flooring, painted the ceiling. After this photo was taken more improvements were made.
Bedroom Floor Before
This bedroom had tan short shag carpet, and was in need of an update
Bedroom Floor After
We removed the carpet, underlayment, and tack strips. Then we installed this varied brown vinyl plank flooring. Bringing this room into the 2020's and making it easier to clean!
Garage to Craft Room Before
This attached one car garage was functional for the previous owners, but the new owners had different goals with this space.
Garage to Craft Room After
This homeowner wanted this space to be used as a craft room. We removed the garage door, cut out parts of the framing, added new framing, installed a door, installed a window, added trim, matched up the new siding with the old, caulked, and painted.
Garage Shelves
What used to be a bare wall in this garage is now transformed into practical storage space. The homeowner gave us dimensions of the items they'd be storing, so we made the best use of this space by making custom shelves.
Shop Remodel
This used to have a 16' tall garage door, which we removed, added framing, added siding, and later installed French doors.
